Nikkan Sports Entry

It was announced at a recent concert at Yokohama Arena that 10-member Johnny’s group Hey! Say! JUMP will be releasing their first album since debut; even though its been around 3 years since their first single released, and five total to date. I know this is exciting news for all their fans! I’ll update with preorder links when they appear.

I don’t know how much anything else sold, but I thought I’d let you know what I did-
NEWS sold 195,204 copies, charting at #1 obviously.
The one thing I cared about was them beating DBSK, but it seems they lost by 46 copies xD oh well.

Exciting news for both fandoms!

Arashi’s new single, ‘MONSTER’, will be the theme for Ohno’s new drama, which I forget the name of. It comes with the regular two editions, Regular and Limited which features a bonus DVD with the music video.

KAT-TUN’s new single will be the theme song for Kamenashi’s new sportscasting gig, and comes in 3 editions; LE A, LE B and RE. The LE A comes with the music video and making of footage, and the LE B comes with two bonus tracks, solos by Nakamaru and Koki.

Takuya Kimura’s “Moon Lovers” co-stars revealed

TokyoGraph reports on the cast list for Kimura’s new drama, Tsuki no Koibito ~Moon Lovers~. It seems to be a story about a 5-way romance including several famous names, including (obviously) Kimura Takuya, Matsuda Shota and Kitagawa Keiko. I myself have not heard of the other two actresses, however I’m really looking forward to the role of Lin Chi-Ling. I love chinese-japanese relations in movies and TV shows, so I can’t wait to see how it turns out. I’m really looking forward to this drama, because usually when they list romance as an official genre, it means it’ll actually be finalized towards the end. Yay.

Keiichiro Koyama to be news reporter

news every is the new news program replacing NNN News Realtime, starting march 29th. Koyama is going to be joining the show every Thursday, covering human interest topics, such as illness, disabilities, etc.

Koyama’s a really passionate person, and I believe he’ll do an amazing job with this. He’s confident, a great talker, and I really believe he’ll be able to touch thousands with his ability to reach peoples hearts. I’m really happy he got this gig <3 It suits him perfectly.
