Kamenashi to become Sports Reporter!!
Kamenashi becomes Sportscaster!
Thanks to KAT-TUN BtheR, we’re brought the news that Kame will become the replacement baseball newscaster on sunday nights at 11:55. I’m not much of a KAT-TUN fan so I don’t know all that much about them, but this seems really unexpected and unusual for a Johnny’s. I do know that Kame loves baseball so I know he’ll enjoy this!
Also, KAT-TUN BtheR is a brand new blog (only opened this month) and so far posts about news related to KAT-TUN, so if you’re interested in the group this is definitely a blog you should definitely add this to your RSS feeds

This is interesting. You have to wonder how these rankings/lists are done… Who has the time to sit and wonder to themselves “Which of our celebrities are the most masochistic?” Well, apparently the people in Japan do!! And good thing. Because they come up with lists like this. Keeps me entertained for hours.

Best of 2009-Johnny’s Style!
2009 has been an interesting year, to say the least. Lots of unexpected things happened, like NYC Boys, Tegomass’ first concert tour, Jin and Yamapi making solo debuts, Kanjani’s 3 consecutive singles, Arashi breaking a million and officially taking over Japan.
We’ve prepared lots of categories for you to give answers to, and now you don’t have to answer every one of them but it would be nice if you did. Remember, this isn’t a poll, so you can choose as many answers as you like for each question, and we’d love to hear your reasoning for why you chose each thing. Obviously, each category relates to releases in 2009, not any year previous to that.
You can put your answers into the comments section in this post, but it would be awesome if you posted them to your own blog/journal and then left us a link so we know where to find you!

YesAsia preorder linkYAY. This is really exciting news!A full mini album release around the time of the movie’s release, this will probably sell amazingly. The album is called Olympus and will feature 8 tracks including the recent single BANDAGE.

LANDS’ first and last album! From the movie “BANDAGE” (opens in theatres 16th of January 2010) in which Akanishi Jin stars, here’s an album with 8 songs. In addition to the 6 songs Takasugi Natsu (Akanishi Jin) sings in the movie, Kobayashi Takeshi has written two songs just for this album, so there are eight songs!

Kamenashi, Uchi and Tegoshi new drama
The live action drama adaption of the manga “Yamato Nadeshiko Shichihenge” will star Kamenashi Kazuya as Kyohei Tanako, the main girl’s love interest. The story is about 3 good looking men being offered free lodging under the condition that they can turn the home owners neice into a proper young lady.
It looks interesting enough but I don’t like Uchi at all. It’d be interesting to see Kame and Tegoshi work together, though, so I guess you can add this to the already extensive list of drama I am looking forward to watching next season!

A few days ago, the official trailer for the movie BANDAGE hit the internet and it looks like it’s going to actually br a good movie. Why? Kitano Kii is in it. I had no idea! Sorry Jin, but you weren’t enough for me (: Thanks iaM0M0Mai@youtube for the upload!

I Don’t Even Know What to Say.
The title says it all. Not really. What the hell were they thinking? Reading the first page of comments on this post (I was too lazy to go further than that), I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m not the only one who cannot come to a conclusion about this. Honestly, I believe that this photoshoot makes Yamapi’s look like it was shot by a professional photographer, and not just a five year old with a digital camera like I believed before.
If you’re going to give the big name Johnny’s these shoots, make it look more artistic and less like Jin tried to make a home-made porn with a hooker. Thanks.
